Making Psychological Services More Affordable and Accessible
Whether you have limited insurance coverage, no benefits at all, or are seeking a lower-cost option, we offer flexible solutions to help reduce the cost of therapy. This includes direct billing for eligible providers and reduced-fee services with supervised practicum students—making it easier to get the support you need, when you need it.
How We Help Make Therapy More Affordable
We understand that financial barriers can make it difficult to access the support you need. Our goal is to ensure that cost doesn’t prevent anyone from receiving quality mental health care. That’s why we offer two main options to make services more affordable:
Many therapy and assessment services at ARCH Psychological Services are eligible for reimbursement through Extended Health Benefits, as well as certain provincial or federal health programs. We recommend checking with your insurer to determine your coverage before booking.
For individuals without coverage or facing financial hardship, compassionate rates may be available for sessions with our licensed psychologists. These rates can be requested during the intake process and are considered based on individual circumstances.
Our Internship Program provides access to care through graduate-level practicum interns who are carefully supervised by experienced psychologists.
- Therapy sessions with practicum interns are offered at no cost.
Accessible Support Starts with a Conversation
If cost or coverage has kept you from accessing psychological services, you’re not alone—and you’re not without options. Whether you’re eligible for coverage, seeking compassionate rates, or looking for no-cost therapy through our internship program, our team can help you navigate what’s available.
