He

experience.
He
has
a
wide
range

and
experiences,
which

him many of the skills needed as a therapist.
He
has
10
years
of
professional
and
university
education
and
has
worked
in
many
different
capacities-
as
a
nurse,
a
manager,
an
administrator,
a
clinical
instructor,
a
mental
health
therapist,
and
a
clinical
researcher.
Twenty
years
of
his
career
have
been
dedicated
to
working
in
clinical
research.
A
combination
of
drug
research
with
the
Pharmaceutical
Companies,
helping
to
bring
new
drugs
to
the
marketplace
for
people
with
Mental
Health
Illness/Disorders,
Women’s
Health
–Acute
Disorders,
and
developing
Magnetic
Resonance
Imagining
(MRI);
as
a
diagnostic
tool
for
people
with
psychiatric
disorders.
The
research
team
that
he
worked
with
at
the
University
of
Alberta,
are
world
leaders
in
this revolutionary area of research.
Rawle
has
co-authored
and
published
with
the
research
team,
over
seventeen
(16)
articles
in
some
of
the
most
distinguished
Psychiatric,
Biomedical,
and
Scientific
magazines in the research industry.
As
a
Mental
Health
Therapist
with
over
10
years
of
experience,
he
uses
a
Solution-focused
approach
and
Cognitive
Behavioural
therapy.
He
believes
that
to
get
the
best
outcomes
possible,
an
empirical,
holistic
model
of care must be utilized for clients.
The
primary
goal
of
therapy
is
to
augment
their
abilities
and
facilitate
personal
growth
for
clients,
to
give
them
a
sense
of
pride
in
their
accomplishments,
and
to
enhance
their
well-being
as
well
as
quality
of
life.
He
believes
that there can be no health without mental health.
