Hannah’s
approach
to
treatment
is
based
on
holistic
principles
and
evidence-based
research.
She
approaches
all
individuals
with
unconditional
positive
regard,
and
builds
therapeutic
rapport
with
warmth
and
empathy.
She
is
trained
in
Cognitive
Behavioral
Therapy
and
Dialectical
Behavior
Therapy,
but
uses
a
combination
of
modalities
to
promote healing and growth in her clients.
Hannah
has
ten
years
of
experience
working
with
individuals
of
all
ages
with
a
variety
of
mental
health
challenges,
including
behavioral
problems
and
mood
disorders.
She
has
learned
that
the
co-creation
of
individualized
treatment
plans
by
the
therapist
and
client are essential.
Hannah
practices
under
the
supervision
of
a
Registered
Psychologist.
She
is
available
in
Edmonton
and
surrounding
areas
to
provide
individual
therapy
to
clients
of
all
ages
in
person
or
through
Telehealth.
Her
main
focus
is
on
collaborating
with
programs
such
as
the
First
Nations
and
Inuit
Health
Branch,
Indian
Residential
Schools,
Indian
Day
Schools,
and
Missing
and
Murdered Indigenous Women.
