She
holds
a
Bachelor
of
Arts
in
Psychology
from
the
University
of
Alberta,
where
she
developed
a
strong
foundation
in
understanding
human
behavior,
emotional
development,
and
cognitive
processes.
Building
on
this
foundation,
she
earned
her
Master’s
in
Counselling
from
City
University
of
Seattle,
equipping
her
with
advanced
clinical
knowledge and therapeutic skills.
Chloe
works
from
an
integrative
therapeutic
approach,
drawing
on
evidence-based
modalities
such
as
ART,
CBT,
and
DBT.
These
techniques
enable
her
to
address
a
variety
of
concerns,
including
trauma,
anxiety,
depression,
stress,
and
personal
development,
tailoring
her
interventions
to
meet
the
unique
needs
of
each
client.
Her
psychological
assessment
work

identifying
learning,

the

Chloe

backgrounds.
She
is

in

Korean
and
English,
ensuring
she

areas,
as
well
as
Telehealth
sessions
to
provide
accessible
and
flexible
mental
health
support.
