Secure Video Conferencing at ARCH ARCH   is   equipped   to   work   with   local   health   care   professionals   and   resources   in   a   consultative   process   that   provides   experienced   professional   psychological services   to   distant   locations.      Secure   video   conferencing   technology   is   an   optimum   means   of   making   consultation   and   treatment   accessible   to   isolated   areas. Most hospitals,   mental   health   offices,   post-secondary   educational   institutions,   as   well   as   a   great   number   of   First   Nations   Health   Centres   and   corporate   offices   have installed secure closed circuit video conferencing equipment. Skype Therapy at ARCH At   ARCH   we   are   open   to   using   different   tehnologies   for   video   conferencing,   such   as   Skype.   However,   we   want   to   inform   you   that   this   mechanism   of communication   is   not   HIPPA   complaint.   This   means   that   while   we   acknowledge   that   we   are   responsible   for   privacy   or   our   clients,   there   are   certain   limits   to privacy when using this mechanism of communication. Phone Therapy at ARCH At ARCH   we   offer   phone   therapy   for   clients   who   are   not   able   to   come   to   our   office. Also,   we   have   a   toll   free   number   which   our   clients   can   reach,   so   they   do   not have have additional costs associated with their phone therapy sessions.
