Khadijah Mohammed, MC, Mental Health Therapist/Psychometrician

Khadijah is a dedicated Mental Health Therapist and Psychometrician at ARCH Psychological Services. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Sociology from Concordia University of Edmonton and a Master of Counselling from City University of Seattle. She is currently transitioning into registration as a Registered Provisional Psychologist with the College of Alberta Psychologists. Khadijah’s professional experience includes her role as a Psychiatric Aide at Alberta Hospital Edmonton, where she supported patients in Adult Acute Services, Forensic Psychiatry, and Young Adult Psychiatry. She also completed her practicum at ARCH Psychological Services, where she gained extensive experience in clinical and forensic therapy, as well as diagnostic and psycho- legal assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. Khadijah works from a client-centered and eclectic therapeutic approach, tailoring each session to the unique needs of her clients. Her areas of specialization include relationship issues, addiction, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, personal development, and crisis intervention. Khadijah has a passion for creating a safe, non-judgmental, and empathetic space, empowering her clients to navigate emotional challenges and fostering hope and resilience. In addition to her therapy work, Khadijah provides a wide range of psychological and psychoeducational assessments, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive evaluations suited to their specific emotional and psychological needs.
