Caitlin Solheim, MSc

Caitlin Solheim is Registered Provisional Psychologist in the province of Alberta. She completed her Bachelor of Arts degree through a collaborative program with Grande Prairie Regional College and Athabasca University in 2016. She then went on to complete her Master’s of Science degree in Psychology (specializing in Applied Psychology) in 2017. Caitlin uses several different approaches in her practice which includes Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, Person-centered theory, or Logotherapy but ultimately her approach is integrative based on the client’s needs. She employs a non-judgemental approach in her work to create an atmosphere of acceptance. Caitlin aims to help the client feel heard and understood in order to create a trusting therapeutic relationship which serves as a foundation to the process.
